OUR 7-DAYS RETURN POLICY 

We offer 7-days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return if you're not happy with your products.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN 

1. Send us an email and make sure to include your order and the reasons why you want to return. 
2. Prepare your return package by carefully packing the items along with your packing slip and the circle the items you will be returning to us. 
3. International customers create your own shipping label. 

ALL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE YOUR RESPONSABILITY UNLESS YOUR ITEM WAS DAMAGED. 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept your return if:

1. Past Return Period: The item is returned outside the 14-day return window.

2. Incorrect Items: The returned item does not match the original order placed.

3. Worn or Washed: The item has been worn, washed, or shows signs of use.

4.Odors: The item carries strong odors such as perfume, smoke, or body odor.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange your return has to be accepted and then you can place another order once you've received your refund for the returned item.
